We turn repetitive manual work into automated workflows that run on their own.
Invoice entry, data copying between systems, report building, email triage. If your team does the same task every day, it can usually be automated, and we can tell you how many hours it will save before you spend anything.
Work that is rule-based, high volume, and slow to do by hand.
Document and data entry
Pull data from invoices, purchase orders, forms, and emails, check it, and enter it into your system of record.
Before: typed by hand. After: reviewed only when flagged.System to system transfers
Move records between your ERP, spreadsheets, and web portals without anyone copying and pasting.
Before: daily copy and paste. After: runs on a schedule.Reporting and monitoring
Build recurring reports and alerts, such as price changes, missing orders, or exceptions, and send them to the right person.
Before: weekly manual report. After: arrives automatically.AI agents for messy inputs
Use language models where rules fall short, such as reading free-text emails, classifying requests, and drafting replies, with a human check where it matters.
Before: someone reads every message. After: only edge cases reach a person.Systems built and run in production.
Our founder built these at Medline Industries, where he works on automation and AI agents full time. The same patterns apply to smaller businesses at a smaller scale.
SCOUT: multi-agent ticket processing
A 16-stage pipeline of AI agents on Azure AI Foundry that handles accounts payable tickets. Agents extract data, detect duplicates, validate units of measure, reconcile goods receipts against invoices, and check documents. Our founder owns it in production, including monitoring, incident response, and change management.
Stock transfer order automation
A UiPath dispatcher and performer that picks up order files, queues each one, and processes the records without anyone keying them in. Each record took about 5 minutes to enter by hand.
Price catalog extract
A bot built from scratch that pulls data from SAP and builds a price catalog file that took 8 to 10 hours to assemble by hand. Its output was checked against the manual version column by column, and the data issues that turned up were fixed.
Price assurance agent
An orchestrator agent on Azure AI Foundry that runs on a schedule, reads pricing data from SAP, decides what action is needed, and triggers the right RPA bot. Every decision is logged and monitored.
In developmentBot monitoring agents
Four cooperating agents that watch a fleet of RPA bots. One monitors, one triages failures, one looks up the fix in a knowledge base, and one notifies the right person in Teams.
Documentation assistant
A Copilot Studio chatbot that answers questions from 1,527 internal documentation pages. The pages were moved out of Confluence with Python scripts, the HTML was cleaned, and the prompts were tightened until it stopped making things up.
Small first step, fixed scope, clear handoff.
Workflow audit
We walk through one process, measure how long it takes, how often it runs, and where it breaks, then give you a written estimate of hours saved and cost.
Build and test
We build the automation for that one process and run it side by side with your current method until the results match.
Handoff and support
It runs in your own accounts, so you own it. You get documentation, and we can monitor and maintain it for a flat monthly fee if you want.
How many hours could this free up?
Enter one task your team repeats. The numbers below are examples, so replace them with yours. Automation rarely covers 100% of cases, so the default assumes 80%.
One full-time role is counted as 2,080 hours a year. This is an estimate for planning, and the workflow audit replaces these inputs with measured numbers.
Built for production, not demos.
Our founder started in RPA in 2023 and now builds and supports production AI agent systems alongside it. Every system above runs with logging, error handling, and monitoring, so a workflow keeps working when something unexpected shows up. Smaller clients get the same habits on a cheaper stack.
Tell us about one process that eats your team's time.
Send a short description of the task, how often it runs, and what systems it touches. We will reply with whether it can be automated and a rough estimate.
